Beliefs and Perception
We commonly understand how our beliefs define the way we act upon our reality, and by looking further into it we tend to acknowledge that they define how we view our reality. What often times we don't seem to understand is how much they change our perception.
Frequently it happens that they are so entrenched in us that they work on a much deeper level than we are aware of, a level in which our brain subconsciously and automatically processes and stores the information it aquires.
What follows is that commonly we set ourselves for failure in certain things by believing we're not capable of achieving them, it blocks us so much that our perception on it changes, shooting ourselves in the foot. Other times we may even see ourselves having our hands tied with no options to go, but in reality the options are way more and almost always infinite. One situation that may be a 50/50, our perception of it will be so much altered that it could go into a 90/10 or even less in our favour.
So that's why it's so important to work our mind around our beliefs and create beliefs that are healthy and propel us forward.
Ever-changing and evolving.
